- Turkey (skin should not be eaten)
- Chicken (skin should not be eaten)
- Offal (entrails, liver, offal)
Allowed Products in Interleave and Fastening Stages
List of Permitted Vegetables for the Ducan Diet – Steps “Alternating” and “Fastening”:
- Tomatoes
- cucumbers
- Radish
- Spinach
- Asparagus
- Leek
- Black Eyed Peas
- Cabbage
- Mushrooms,
- Celery,
- Dill
- Leaf lettuce (all types)
- Eggplant
- Courgettes
- Pepper
- Carrots (not every meal)
- Beets (not every meal)
List of foods for the Ducan diet, prohibited at the stages “Alternation” and “Fastening”:
- Potatoes
- Corn
- Peas
- beans
- Lentil
- beans
During the Dukan diet at the “Alternating” and “Fastening” stages, these vegetables should not be consumed due to the high content of carbohydrates and starch in them.
Permitted fruits at the stage “Fixing”
List of Dukan Diet Fruits Allowed in the “Fixing” Phase (according to preference):
- Apples
- Strawberries
- Raspberry
- Melon
- Watermelon
- Grapefruit (not for those on statins)
- Kiwi
- peaches
- Pear
- Nectarine
- Mango
Forbidden fruits at the stage “Fixing”
List of fruits for the Ducan diet, prohibited at the stage of “Consolidation”:
- bananas
- grapes
- cherry
These fruits are not allowed during the “Fixing” phase due to their high carbohydrate content.

Allowed side dishes in the “Fixing” phase
The side dishes for the Dukan diet, allowed at the “Consolidation” stage, are recommended to be consumed once a week in the first half of the stage and twice a week in the second half of the “Consolidation” stage.
List of side dishes allowed in the “Filling” stage (according to the degree of preference):
- Pasta (from durum wheat)
- Couscous
- Lentils, beans
- rice
- Potatoes
