Women who have reached their ideal weight often do not stop there and begin to “dry” their muscles. Thanks to this, the muscle gets a beautiful lean and becomes more prominent, since excess water leaves it. There are a number of rules required for proper drying of this kind.
To dry out your muscles, you need to avoid carbohydrates after 18 pm and eat small meals 00 to 5 times a day. Reduce the amount of carbohydrates to a minimum, preferring predominantly complex carbohydrates. Also, eat low-fat cottage cheese and poultry, which are high in protein that muscles need.
Do not drink during or after exercise, but be careful not to dehydrate
When choosing a carbohydrate diet, eat foods high in starch rather than vegetables and fruits with glucose, which will later become fat. Starch will help fill the muscles with glycogen, which is well absorbed in the body. Try to avoid oatmeal, popcorn, rice cakes and vegetables – these are too high in carbs.
Sweet cereals, pancakes, pasta, bread, rice, bagels and sweets, the main ingredient of which is sucrose, are perfect for drying muscles. Remember that drying requires an amount of protein from non-fat sources, in the amount of 1 gram per 450 grams of body weight.
Indulge in fats, but get them from healthy sources. So, nut butter and various nuts can be an excellent addition to dinner. Fats should be consumed every day as they help the absorption of many vitamins.
Exercises for women to help dry muscles
When choosing exercises for drying muscles, focus on those places whose condition you are not satisfied with. You can “dry” your hands, buttocks, thighs, stomach or legs, the main thing is to do it right. Cycling, jogging, push-ups, vertical wall presses, squats with and without load, plank exercises, leg swings and swimming are excellent drying muscles.
While doing the exercises, do several approaches without rest or stopping for a break of no more than one minute
Any other active type of recreation or sport gives no less effective result. Choose whichever discipline you like to make the class enjoyable. After properly drying for five weeks, you will get an excellent result, and control of nutrition after drying will provide you with a long and lasting pleasure from your beautiful figure.
Remember that drying muscles is contraindicated in the presence of pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes mellitus, liver, kidney and gastrointestinal tract diseases. It is also undesirable when doing mental work.
