Dry skin, what to do

The editorial staff of Woman’s Day asked the question: how to quickly get rid of skin peeling? Ekaterina Dobrydneva, medical expert at La Roche-Posay, gave five tips to help hide imperfections for perfect makeup.

Dry skin is a problem that most often occurs during the winter season. First of all, in order to avoid flaking on the skin, it is necessary to properly cleanse the skin and restore the damaged skin barrier. For cleansing the skin in winter, it is recommended to use milder products such as milk, micellar solution.

The milk gently cleanses the skin, does not injure it and at the same time moisturizes the skin. Micellar solution is a more versatile skin cleansing product and does not need to be removed with water. Dry skin can be restored with proper care.

Simply apply the product to a cotton pad and remove makeup from your face. Thus, there is no need to cleanse the skin with water, which can dry out the skin.

When there is flaking on the face, the overall skin tone becomes uneven, dead cells remain on the skin, which make the skin surface uneven. To restore dry skin tone, you can use BB products that are versatile, include multiple ingredients, and solve multiple problems.

For deeper cleansing and removing flaking, in addition to daily cleansers, we recommend using a cleansing facial scrub such as La Roche-Posay Cleansing Scrub, which is suitable even for sensitive skin and gently cleanses the skin thanks to special particles. It is recommended to use a cleansing scrub once a week.

For dry skin in winter, it is best to use products with a nourishing texture that repair the skin, remove flaking, redness and damage to the skin.

In winter, the problem of the appearance of redness is often exacerbated, so products that visually eliminate redness, correct them and at the same time moisturize the skin will come to the rescue. For example, Rosaliac CC cream, which removes redness on the skin, visually corrects them and smoothes the skin surface.
