The soup will turn out to be more saturated if you cook the dish not with water, but with cream. Creamy mushroom soup will be delicious without the addition of flavors.

How to cook soup with dried porcini mushrooms?

There are many recipes for making mushroom soups. For a simple diet meal you will need:

  • 50 g dried mushrooms (better than white ones)

Salt the dry mushroom sauce and transfer to the pot with the potatoes. Let the soup simmer for 5-7 minutes. At the end of cooking, add bay leaves, pepper and salt to taste. Serve with sour cream and mushroom soup sprinkled with herbs.

You can fry mushrooms in a saucepan right away. Add flour to the mushrooms and fry together for another 5 minutes. Add the strained infusion left over from the mushrooms to the pan. To prevent lumps from forming, stir the mass with a whisk. Wait for everything to boil, turn heat to low and add milk and cream to the pan. Simmer the soup over low heat for about 20 minutes. Serve slightly chilled.

You can combine mushrooms with various cereals. You can make mushroom soup with barley by soaking the cereals in cold water.
