Vegetable juices are, of course, your main helpers in the struggle for harmony and health. They trigger and help the body maintain the natural detoxification process. Otherwise, the toxins accumulated in the intestines will become a serious obstacle on the way to a beautiful body.

Vegetable juices make our body’s environment more alkaline (not acidic), fill it with vitamins and antioxidants. Antioxidants are needed to protect against the harmful effects of free radicals, which, in particular, accelerate the aging process.

The composition and taste of vegetable juices can be varied endlessly! All kinds of vegetables, herbs, lettuce – come up with new combinations to get the most out of it. Use fennel, spinach, parsley, leaves, bell peppers, cucumbers, beets. Do not forget about cabbage (white cabbage, browncoli, broccoli, cauliflower).

Oolong tea contains polyphenols that block the enzymes responsible for the formation of fat. A cup of oolong accelerates the metabolism, and this impulse lasts for several hours. By the way, there is less caffeine in oolong than in black tea or coffee.

Matcha green tea

This green tea contains polyphenols, which scientists believe speed up the metabolism; you only need to drink three cups a day. The peculiarity of this tea is that the leaves are crushed into powder, which, when brewed, completely dissolves in water. Together with them, you get the maximum benefit.
