Method of preparation

Raw potatoes and carrots are taken (in half), say, four equal pieces. They are cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater. One large, but finely chopped onion and four garlic cloves are added to them. An egg is broken there, salt and pepper are added to taste, as well as a couple of tablespoons of flour. Everything is thoroughly mixed and fried like pancakes. If you like crunching, thin them. Recommended to be consumed hot with cold sour cream.
