Dr. Moerman’s Anti-Cancer Diet

Mankind has to pay for the use of the benefits of civilization, including an increase in the number of oncological diseases. Violated ecology, artificial additives in food, stress, an abundance of chemicals in the human environment and many other factors affect the growth trend of malignant tumors. The global medical community is trying to actively resist this onslaught – there are new methods for the prevention and treatment of such diseases. One of the non-traditional methods is the Moerman diet.

Dr. Moerman and his nutrition system

Dr. Moermans Anti-Cancer Diet

This nutritional system was called the “Moerman Anti-Cancer Diet”, it originated more than 70 years ago. The creator of the method is a doctor from the Netherlands who lived a long life. Dr. Moerman lived to be 96 years old, and all this time he helped cancer patients. The researchers of the method cite the following data – out of every 150 cancer patients treated by this doctor, 115 left him as completely healthy people.

Representatives of the medical community of that time accepted Moerman’s ideas with hostility, believing that it was impossible to defeat the disease and prevent the onset of cancer by changing the diet – it was too primitive. Apparently they were not familiar with Albert Einstein’s saying that “everything ingenious is simple.”

It all started with the fact that in 1939, L. Brinkman, who was suffering from stomach cancer, asked a doctor for help. Medicine recognized him as a hopeless patient who could not be helped even by a radical operation. Since Brinkman had no alternative, he “clung to the last straw” – a new method of healing from cancer. The treatment took about a year. It included taking a mixture of 8 essential elements and dietary nutrition. In addition, the patient trusted the doctor entirely and believed in success. At the end of 1940, an examination showed that Lindert Brinkman was absolutely healthy, and there was no trace of the tumor. Dr. Moerman’s first patient lived to be 90 years old, and during that time he had practically no illnesses.

The doctor, inspired by the successful cure of a hopeless patient, began to work on improving his approach.

Over the next 10 years, he solved the following problems:

  • How many vitamins and minerals does a person need;

  • What is their optimal ratio;

  • What additives should be introduced into the nutrition of a cancer patient.

The number of hopeless patients he managed to cure increased, and in 1897 his diet was officially recognized by the Dutch Ministry of Health as a method of treating and preventing cancer. In support of Moerman, the twice Nobel Prize winner scientist L. Polling spoke, calling the anti-cancer diet a unique technique.

The essence of Dr. Moerman’s diet

The main goal of the method is to improve metabolism, strengthen immunity.

This goal can be achieved by eating natural products and eating regularly:

  • Fruits,

  • Vegetables,

  • cereal crops,

  • Natural vegetable and fruit juices;

  • Mineral and vitamin supplements for food.

The main thing in the treatment of cancer is to prevent the cells of a malignant tumor from multiplying. Their ability to grow rapidly is limited by a balanced acidic environment. It encapsulates and destroys atypical cells. Healthy tissue cells of the human body receive enough useful substances, which prevents them from transforming into malignant tumors.

Dr. Moerman argued that natural products already contain a balanced set of enzymes, acids, minerals, vitamins, and fructose. Therefore, not a single vitamin supplement can replace them, and products created at industrial enterprises are artificially devoid of these components.

The doctor’s recommended diet is an indispensable addition to the 8 most important minerals and vitamins. He argued that it was useless to apply his recommendations against the background of a diet consisting of fatty, high-calorie salty foods.

Basic nutritional rules for cancer patients according to Moerman:

  • You can eat in accordance with your own regimen, but it is strictly necessary to follow a diet;

  • Adults should consume 1-2 raw egg yolks daily, children – 1 yolk. They are prohibited in cancer of the liver and gallbladder until the condition of patients improves.

  • Be sure to eat 3 lemons every day, or drink juice from the same amount of fruit.

  • He can eat the products recommended to the patient separately or together, choosing them according to his preference from the list of recommendations.

  • Meals include at least 3 meals, with alternating hot and cold dishes.

Such a diet can be followed not only by cancer patients, but also by completely healthy people. After several months of following Dr. Moerman’s recommendations, they will feel like healthy people.

The principle of building a menu

These elements are very important for anti-cancer therapy, each of them plays an exceptional role in the full functioning of the human body.

Vitamins and their dosage:

  • Vitamin A – take in the morning at a dosage of 50 thousand IU (protects the skin and mucous membranes);

  • Vitamin C – take often throughout the day (at least 5 times) 250 IU each (normalizes cellular metabolism, helps to remove toxins);

  • Vitamin E – take at least 5 times a day for 80 IU;

  • B vitamins1, B2, PP – 50-100 mcg (responsible for cellular respiration, carbohydrate metabolism);

  • Vitamin B6 – 20-50 mcg (destroys pathogenic viruses and bacteria, is responsible for protein metabolism);

  • Vitamin B9 + biotin – 5 mcg each (biotin maintains an optimal acid balance in the body);

  • Vitamin B12 – 20 mcg (responsible for hematopoiesis).

Minerals:

  • Iodine (3% alcohol solution) – mix 1-3 drops with 300 ml of water, drink 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day, (regulates the saturation of cells with oxygen and the production of energy from glucose);

  • Citric acid – dissolve 10-15 g in 300 ml of water, drink 1 tbsp. l. 3 times a day, (regulates the acid balance, thins the blood, prevents the formation of blood clots);

  • Purified sulfur in powder form – 500 mg mixed with oil, taken in the morning and evening (responsible for cellular respiration, elimination of toxins).

B vitamins should not be taken on an empty stomach, the first serving is consumed after breakfast, accompanied by a glass of fruit juice. The timing of vitamins is related to whether they are fat-soluble or water-soluble.

Adherents of the Moerman diet create associations and research organizations for in-depth study of the therapeutic method. An increasing number of healthy people are adopting cancer-preventing diet therapy.
