One of the most pleasant things is putting yourself in the hands of a professional beautician who will expertly refresh your skin. However, sometimes there is neither time nor money for this. We don’t always want to set aside an hour after work or on the weekend to go for a professional treatment. Fortunately, there are also tricks for beautiful skin that you can apply yourself and in the privacy of your home!

Wrinkles are small folds in the skin that appear as a result of collagen loss, as well as poor diet, smoking, alcohol or drug abuse, and exposure to ultraviolet or solar radiation. That wrinkles can be dealt with by regular use of certain methods. In drugstores, we have more and more preparations and devices that are similar to the professional ones, and in combination with natural methods can bring extraordinary results. Learn the tricks that will help you stay fresh and young for as long as possible:

  1. Vitamin E Mask: empty the contents of three vitamin E capsules into a bowl. Add to it ½ teaspoon of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt and ½ teaspoon of liquid honey. Mix the mixture and use a cotton pad to apply to the skin. After ten minutes, wash it off with lukewarm water. Use it regularly and you will see results quickly.
  2. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Hydration is important for the entire body, including the skin.
  3. Coconut oil massage: every day before going to bed, massage the places exposed to wrinkles with coconut oil. You can add vitamin E to it, and the improvement will be visible after a week of use.
  4. Protein mask: applying egg white under the eyes will make the skin more tense, moisturized and nourished. If necessary, apply them to other parts of the face, such as the forehead or neck.
  5. Castor oil serum: using a cotton ball, apply castor oil with a few drops of lemon juice to your face. In this way, you will brighten the skin and eliminate existing depressions.
  6. Pineapple mask: a slice of pineapple is enough to gently massage your face. Leave the juice on your skin for about ten minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water.
  7. Grape mask: also grapes have great anti-wrinkle properties. Crush one fruit ball and apply it on the skin, leave it for twenty minutes. After the time has elapsed, wash your face with lukewarm water and let it dry (do not wipe).
  8. Banana and papaya mask: the combination of these two fruits is a real mix of beneficial ingredients. Banana nourishes and lubricates the skin, thanks to which it will prevent the formation of further wrinkles, while papaya contains papain, an enzyme that allows you to get rid of dead cells and mobilizes the formation of new ones.
