Dough for pasties: recipe for cooking. Video
Despite the fact that chebureks can hardly be attributed to dietary dishes, at least sometimes it is worth pampering households with this dish. Moreover, at home, they turn out to be more useful, but the recipe for the dough for pasties can be chosen for every taste.
Classic recipe for pasties dough
To prepare the simplest version of the dough, take:
– 1,5 cups of warm water; – 700 g of wheat flour; – 1 tsp. salt and sugar; – 50 g of vegetable oil. You can replace this ingredient with butter, taking it 2 times more.
The principle of kneading the dough in this case is similar to that by which dough is made on dumplings: sift the flour through a sieve onto a table or other cutting surface, make a depression in the middle of the slide into which pour water and oil, add salt and sugar. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and stops sticking to your hands. Keep in mind that the amount of flour given in the recipe is rather arbitrary, since in many respects the elasticity of the dough depends on the density of the flour itself, due to its quality. Therefore, when kneading the dough, be guided by its thickness: if it is too liquid, add more flour, but do it gradually, since too steep the dough is not too good. After the dough is ready, divide it into portioned balls, roll them out, shape the future pasties, which can be done with a saucer or plate, fill with pre-prepared minced meat, fasten and fry the pasties in a large amount of oil.
If you want variety, try adding 2 tablespoons of vodka to the dough at the end of the batch as a “highlight”. It is believed that this contributes to obtaining a more delicate consistency of pasties
Dough for pasties on mineral water
To prepare the dough according to this recipe, take: – 1 glass of mineral water with gas; – 3 glasses of wheat flour; – an incomplete spoonful of salt; – a pinch of sugar; – 3 tbsp. vegetable oil boats.
Dissolve the flour with mineral water until smooth, add salt and sugar and knead the dough until it becomes smooth. The criterion for the readiness of the dough is its elasticity.
Dough for chebureks on kefir
This recipe differs from the above with a denser consistency, to obtain it, mix: – 1,5 cups of kefir; – 4 cups of flour; – salt to taste; – 1 egg; – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix an egg with salt, flour and kefir, add vegetable oil and knead the dough until elastic. After that, form a ball out of the dough, put it in a cup, cover it with a towel or paper napkin and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Due to this, when frying, the taste of pasties will be more delicate.
