It is important to combine two elements: diet, physical activity. Dietary supplements can be an addition, but they are not required to achieve positive effects.

The daily diet should consist of five meals eaten at regular intervals. Snacking between them is the main reason why our weight is stagnant. If you really want to snack, it is worth reaching for healthy snacks: nuts, fruits, vegetables.

Lack of physical activity

Just changing your eating habits will not bring the same effects as exercise. They allow you to burn fat stores faster, which means a slimmer figure and a shapely figure.

No breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It provides energy for the whole day. Giving up on it, we will certainly feel the effects during the day.

Comparing yourself with others

Everyone is different and therefore the diet should be selected individually. For the same reason, you cannot suggest that our friend lost 5 kilograms in a month and we only lost 3. Such comparisons can quickly discourage us in our decision.
