Spindle-like bands on the skin arranged perpendicularly to the direction of its stretching are an aesthetic problem. They can occur in various places on the body. The reason for complexes are also those stretch marks that are located on the skin of the breast.

Stretch marks are formed as a result of breaking collagen fibers as a result of excessive stretching of the skin. Most often, it results from an increase or weight gain during puberty and hormonal disorders, e.g. in pregnant women. Burning and itching sensations may be present during this process. In the inflammatory phase, stretch marks resemble pink or red bands with a convex structure, which fade and decrease over time.

  • Cortisol and other hormones.
  • Corticosteroid therapy.
  • Dry skin.
  • Mechanical injuries of the skin.
  • Obesity.
  • Weight fluctuations.
  • Bodybuilding.
  • Ripening.
  • Pregnancy.
  • Menopause.
  • Nutrient deficiencies such as silicon, magnesium and zinc.

Half a year after the appearance of stretch marks, the inflammation persists. Only then can we achieve the best treatment results. Although no method will eliminate them in 100%, it is worth taking up the fight to make them less visible and the skin to be smoother and more even.

It is worth using natural products for stretch marks, such as beeswax, cocoa butter cream, wheat germ oil and apricot kernel oil, aloe vera gel, vitamin A + E, a mixture of oils: avocado, chamomile, almond, lavender and jojoba.

Nevertheless, it is worth reaching for ready-made products that will contribute to reducing their visibility. Belong to them:

  • increasing collagen biosynthesis and the number of fibroblasts lupeol,
  • retinoids stimulating the production of collagen and increasing skin elasticity, or glycolic acid,
  • copper gluconate and vitamin B5 to improve tissue regeneration,
  • lipid-optimizing avocado peptides,
  • silanol for the activation of young collagen, also responsible for the stimulation of microcirculation, collagen synthesis, cell metabolism and increase in hydration,
  • soy peptides contributing to the increase in the production of collagen and elastin fibers.

Atrophic phase procedures performed on the skin of the breast can be painful. Laser therapy contributes to microdamage in the area of ​​stretch marks and stimulates skin regeneration, thanks to which stretch marks will be less visible. Microdermabrasion improves microcirculation and reduces stretch marks, making the skin more elastic. Mesotherapy aims to inject ingredients into the skin that increase the production of elastin and collagen.
