The punching bag, unlike the careless potential victims, has many advantages, we will not pay a strong blow after cooling down with a moral hangover and we will not allow the conflict to escalate, which could have unpleasant consequences. It is also an excellent cardio training that combines the pleasant with the useful, thanks to it you will lose weight and burn calories.
  2. Suggestion No. 2 will make loners who like to clear their minds happy. However, to achieve a state of relaxation, be sure to leave your phone at home. While running, don’t think about the distance you have to cover, don’t focus on speed. Allow yourself such a run without resolutions on the subject of achievements.
  3. Go crazy with music in your own four corners, or go to dance classes in a community center or fitness club. Zumba or Bokwa training, which combine energetic swings with not very complicated systems for new participants, will be perfect. At home, however, rely on high-frequency music that properly affects the cerebral cortex. With such intense effort, stress should let go quickly.
  4. Consider intervals that alternate between more strenuous effort and moments where we can rest while continuing to exercise. After the training, you will feel great almost immediately, and there will be no trace of stress in the form of tense muscles. Tabata is especially popular.
  5. Handstands will put you in a great mood, and will also help you increase your strength and balance. In this position of the body, blood flow to the brain is increased, so relief is accompanied by a fresh influx of energy.
