The industrial dome dishwasher compares favorably with analogues in this industry of professional equipment. Compared to frontal and tunnel type machines, the dome dishwasher has a simplified design.
Important! The main design moment of the dome dishwasher is that dirty dishes and other utensils are loaded into the washing compartment and closed with a special cap resembling a dome – under it the washing process takes place.
Other features:
- There are models with three baskets or more. They can load a variety of dishes – from plates to pots.
- Detergent comes from dispensers located at the bottom of the sink, and water is sprayed from the top of the shower.
- After washing in the same bin, the dishes are rinsed and dried with heated air streams, which is very convenient for catering – the dishes are immediately ready for use.
- The process takes a maximum of 3 minutes, so in an hour such a PMM can wash a couple of thousand plates.
