Today’s world and the imposed pace of life are unfortunately not conducive to our appearance. We are constantly on the run, often combining professional activity with family responsibilities. We sleep little, we are always in a hurry, we eat on the run, not paying much attention to what and how we eat. In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we don’t always have time to take care of our health. We miss movement, contact with nature, peace and a moment of respite. Over time, stress and fatigue begin to reflect on the appearance of our face.

So if:

  • bags under the eyes,
  • swollen eyelids,
  • gray complexion,

are also your problem, be sure to read what you can do. Here is a list of some proven ways.

  1.  Hydrate your body from the inside out – this is the absolute basis. Dehydration causes the skin to become rough and lose its elasticity. So drink plenty of fluids (at least 1,5 liters a day), eat juicy fruits and vegetables.
  2. Perform massage and exercise facial muscles – no one is surprised by going to the fitness or gym. But we forget that the face is also muscles. Regular treatments of this type will improve blood circulation and oxygenate our cells, drain excess water, improve skin firmness and density, and relax facial muscles. It is best to get into the habit of massaging your face every day while applying the cream, and do the exercises while watching TV, for example
  3. Apply yourself to daily hygiene – never forget about makeup removal. Always do it very carefully, because nothing is as damaging to the skin as makeup left on overnight.
  4. Take care of sleep and rest – nothing can replace it. 4-5 hours of sleep a night is a necessary minimum. But the healthiest is sleeping about 7 hours a day.
  5. Visit the sauna – a few-minute session in the sauna has a cleansing, relaxing and relaxing effect on the skin. The steam will stimulate the excretion of toxins from the body, unblock the sebaceous glands, dilate the blood vessels.
  6. Make yourself makeup free – the ideal would be to be able to give up makeup at least once a week. This will give your skin a well-deserved rest.
  7. Use scrubs – they will cleanse and remove dead epidermis from the face, unblock clogged pores, improve skin tone and delay the aging process, inhibiting the formation of wrinkles. Good skin condition is ensured by 2-3 peelings a week. You can use both ready-made scrubs available on the market, as well as make them yourself at home.

Exemplary peels:

  • Sugar scrub – take 2 teaspoons of sugar, add a little water so that it stays on the skin. Massage your face for approx. 5 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water.
  • Coffee peeling – brew Turkish coffee without regretting the grounds. Cool and mix the grounds with coarse salt or a handful of cinnamon. Massage your face with the resulting paste.
  • Orange peeling – wash the orange fruit thoroughly, peel it, cut it and rub it on your face. Wash off after approx. 15 minutes.
  • Oatmeal peeling – Crush 3 tablespoons of petals, add a tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon. Mix and put in the fridge for approx. 0,5 hour. Then take it out and add a tablespoon of milk. Apply on face and massage for 5 minutes. Finally, leave what is left on the skin for a quarter of an hour, then wash it off with lukewarm water.
