The control group was a group of mice that received the oil in a cold form. The study lasted 4 months.
Cancer cells in the body of rodents were implanted artificially. The first results were assessed after 3 weeks.
In rodents that received cold oil, metastases did not become as widespread and were not overly active.
Specialists were interested in the reason for such an effect of reheated oil on the body. They came to the conclusion that when the temperature rises, changes in the molecular structure occur in it. The oil begins to release acrolein. It is a toxic substance that has a carcinogenic effect on the body.
