Leave in the Labor Code

According to the Labor Code, each employee is entitled to paid, annual and continuous leave. It can be 20 days (if we work for less than 10 years) or 26 days (if we work for more than 10 years). If the holiday leave is extended, it is possible to decide on unpaid leave (with the consent of the employer).

The best time to use your vacation leave is during the calendar year. It is worth remembering that vacation days from the previous year can be used until September 30 of the following year. How many days off to rest?
