Surgeons at King’s College Hospital in London had unusual musical settings during surgery to remove a brain tumor. The patient they operated on performed live for them. Dagmar Turner, 53, who has been diagnosed by doctors in glioblastoma developing in the frontal lobe of the brain, near the center responsible for small right hand movements. Dagmar is a violinist by education and passion and was terrified of losing her hand.
