Do you want to help refugees from Ukraine? Check the list of necessary products

Since the beginning of Our Country’s invasion of Ukraine, Poles have been eager to help Ukrainians by offering the necessary products, financial support, transport or accommodation. Many refugees left their homes in a hurry, unable to take their basic daily necessities with them. There are many aid campaigns organized in Poland, but before donating the donation, it is worth checking what is most needed at the moment.

A specially created government site will help in this. Refugees need it most of all medicines, medical and hygiene products, clothes and food.

You can find up-to-date information about your needs here: I help Ukraine – updated list of necessary things.

Medical supplies for refugees

First of all, you need dressings to provide first aid in case of wounds and burns: disinfectants, antiseptics, medical alcohol, disposable and reusable masks, bandages, tourniquets, CAT tourniquets, individual dressings, haemostatic dressings, vented dressings, gauze sterile plasters on a roll, nitrile gloves, triangular scarves, thermal blankets, scissors for dressings.
