  3. Squids can be fried in the oven. To do this, they are marinated in a special brine. Lemon juice is mixed with paprika, pepper and garlic. Leave for several hours. Then spread on a baking sheet. To make the squids juicy and soft, they are watered with the remaining marinade.
  4. Sauté chopped onions and carrots in oil, then add squid meat, cut into rings or strips. Add a little water, salt and spices to taste, simmer until tender.
  5. Rub the squid rings with mustard, sprinkle a little with salt. Dip in flour, then in a beaten egg and fry in hot oil.
