Scrub is an excellent remedy to help get rid of the “orange peel” on the body. With regular use of homemade sugar scrub, your skin will be smooth, firm and beautiful.

Homemade anti-cellulite sugar scrub recipe

It is not at all necessary to spend money on anti-cellulite products, which are presented in a wide range on the shelves of cosmetic stores. After all, it is quite possible to prepare a cellulite scrub at home, having spent quite a bit of money on the purchase of the components necessary for its manufacture.

To make a homemade sugar scrub for cellulite, you will need:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons beeswax
  • 2 table sugars
  • 20 drops of juniper oil
  • 20 drops of rosemary oil
  • 60 drops of grapefruit oil
  • 60 drops of cypress oil

In a water bath, melt the coconut oil and wax, add the coffee grounds, mix well, combine with essential oils and mix everything thoroughly again until all components are completely combined so that you get the most homogeneous mass.

Place the resulting product in a clean glass jar and store in a cool, dark place, but not in the refrigerator.

You can replace sugar with sea salt – you get an equally effective salt anti-cellulite slimming scrub.

The effectiveness of anti-cellulite sugar scrub

The homemade sugar scrub for cellulite according to this recipe is an excellent remedy in the fight against the “orange peel” on the skin thanks to its essential oils.

The coconut oil, which is the base of the cream, has excellent moisturizing properties. Rosemary oil helps to increase blood circulation in the skin cells, which, with regular use, has a beneficial effect on skin condition. In addition, rosemary fights fluid retention, which is one of the main causes of cellulite. Grapefruit and cypress oils help to effectively get rid of fatty deposits under the skin.

Therefore, these oils can still be safely added to the bath or used in small quantities for massage.

Using a sugar anti-cellulite scrub

The use of a home scrub for cellulite does not cause any difficulties. Apply it to problem areas of the body with circular massage movements of the hands at least 2-3 times a week until a positive result is achieved. Before using the scrub, be sure to thoroughly clean the skin with a washcloth. Finish the procedure by pouring first with ice cold water, then warm water.

Thanks to this, the pores will open as much as possible, and the beneficial components of the anti-cellulite sugar scrub will be better absorbed.

It is not recommended to use this cellulite scrub for pregnant and lactating women, as well as if you are allergic to any component that is part of this product.
