A miniature Japanese garden will have enough space even on an ordinary dining table, and it will take no more than half an hour to create it.
For work you will need: large diameter glass dish, bonsai, river or sea pebbles of different sizes, shapes and colors, white and red river sand, artificial moss, candlestick lantern, candles.
Japanese rock garden
A bonsai is placed in a glass dish and washed and dried small stones are placed in random order. It is desirable that the dish is filled with them at least half the height. White is scattered next to the plant river sand… The rest of the dish is filled with red river sand.
Near the place where the bonsai is located, a small lantern – “gazebo” is installed. Then “paths” of flat black stones are laid out on the sand. Several larger stones are randomly placed.
Decorative moss is laid around large stones. A candle is placed inside the lantern. Three more candles are placed randomly. You can also use incense sticks if desired.
