DIY anti-cellulite soap

Soap with coffee, olive oil and sea salt cleanses the skin and makes it smooth, removes dead cells and tones, and most importantly – helps fight cellulite… How much can such a soap cost – 100 rubles? 200? No, much cheaper – because it can be made at home. And it’s very simple!

Anti-cellulite soap

Tools: – 2 steel saucepans large enough to fit one into the other for the “water bath” device – Soap grater – Cups for soap and other ingredients – Steel spoons for stirring – Soap molds – Rubber gloves, gauze bandage for faces, goggles (sunglasses are also suitable) Materials: – 2 bars of soap 90 g each (it is better to take baby soap) – 4 tbsp. l. olive oil – 100 ml of hot boiled water – 4 tbsp. l. coffee grounds – 3 tbsp. l. coarse sea salt (you can take it with some additives, for example, sea salt for a bath)

1. Prepare ingredients, keep food away. Cover the table with plastic wrap, gloves, goggles and a mask. It is better to take children and animals out of the kitchen.

2. Rub the soap into shavings on a coarse grater. Glasses and a bandage are needed so that the soapy “dust” does not irritate the eyes and respiratory tract. Place a large saucepan half full of water on the stove to warm up the water. Meanwhile, pour the soap shavings into a small saucepan. Add olive oil.

3.Put a small saucepan with shavings in a large saucepan of boiling water (be careful not to spill water from the pan). Begin to stir the chips with a spoon, gradually adding boiled hot water. It is best to stir slowly and add water a little at a time, this will reduce the risk of clumping and excess foam. If any lumps remain, then you can knead them with a potato press. The result should be a homogeneous plastic mass. You can mold figures from it with your hands and leave to dry – it will be funny, but still an ordinary soap, but we need an anti-cellulite massage, so we don’t stop.

4.The beneficial properties of soap will give coffee grounds и sea salt… Add them to the soap mass and mix well for at least 3 minutes.

5. Grease the molds with olive oil and put the soap mass in them with your hands or with a spoon, tamping properly. Soap usually dries for 2-3 days at room temperature, after which it is ready to use.

Soap can be used 2-3 times a week, more often – for oily skin, be careful – for dry and sensitive skin. Before rinsing off the foam, massage your skin, and after showering, be sure to use a moisturizer or anti-cellulite cream.
