Contraindications: A decoction of calendula is contraindicated in pregnant women, people with severe heart disease and venous insufficiency. It has a specific bitter taste, dark brown color and a strong medicinal smell, and therefore for comfortable use it is recommended to add lemon zest or juice, a spoonful of honey.
