What is Disnemar Baby?
Disnemar Baby is a medical device that can be used in children and infants from the first day of life. This preparation is purified water with a neutral pH, enriched with electrolytes, i.e. sodium, potassium, chlorine ions, carbohydrates and a preservative – benzalkonium chloride, which prevents bacterial contamination of the solution. Disnemar Baby is packed in a specially designed dispenser that allows you to apply the preparation in any position. The packaging is very convenient, small and allows you to use it at any time and in any place. Disnemar Baby is available in two packages, for adults in green, where the size and design of the dispenser allows even distribution of the product on the surface of the nasal mucosa, while disnemar for children and babies has a blue packaging, and the dispenser has a special shape and size, which allows for safe application of the preparation into the baby’s nasal cavity.
Application of Disnemar Baby
Disnemar Baby should be used to maintain the daily hygiene of the nose by cleansing it and ensuring an adequate level of nasal mucosa hydration. This preparation also supports regeneration and alleviates the symptoms of nasal obstruction. The specific structure of the Disnemar Baby dispenser allows for safe application of the solution in the form of a delicate mist, thanks to which you can achieve the maximum level of moisturizing the mucosa without the child’s negative reaction to the application. Children who stay in air-conditioned, dusty rooms, exposed to cigarette smoke or central heating are recommended to apply Disnemar Baby daily to prevent recurrence of nasal mucosa infections. Disnemar Baby can also be used in the case of colds, rhinitis, acute sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. Disnemar Baby can also be used prophylactically every day, and even several times a day.
How to use Disnemar Baby?
Disnemar Baby in children and infants is recommended to be used before meals or feeding, because thanks to the opening of the nose, the child has an easier swallowing reflex. This preparation should be administered in one dose into each nostril several times a day. Adults are recommended to use Disnemar Baby from one to two doses in each nostril several times a day. Remember that when using Disnemar Baby for the first time, press the dispenser 1-3 times to activate the dispensing pump. Disnemar Baby can be applied to children in any position, even lying down, it is safe for children and its use for a long time is not associated with any risk and has no contraindications to its use.
