Sesame is a popular spice in various oriental dishes. At the same time, it also finds its application in European cuisine. Sesame is successfully combined with meat or fish, and with desserts.
To prepare this dish you will need: – 500 g of chicken fillet; – 2 cm of ginger root; – 2 tablespoons of honey; – 1 lemon; 1/4 cup sesame oil – 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds; – sunflower oil; – salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Prepare the chicken marinade. Peel the ginger from the top hard layer and grate. Squeeze the lemon juice and chop the lemon zest. In a deep bowl, combine the ginger, zest, lemon juice, honey and sesame oil. Rinse the chicken in running water, defrost if necessary. Then cut it into large cubes and put it in the marinade, cover the container with a lid or cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Heat some sunflower oil in a skillet. Remove the chicken from the marinade, dip in the sesame seeds and fry for 10-15 minutes until tender. You can serve chicken with various side dishes. If you don’t want to consume extra calories, place the chicken on a lettuce leaf and add to it raw carrots, grated on a coarse grater and seasoned with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. This recipe will help you eat delicious food without unnecessary carbohydrates.

To prepare this dish you will need: – 400 g of tuna fillet; – 1 glass of round grain rice; – 1 lemon; – 4 tablespoons of soy sauce; 1 tablespoon Japanese rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon of Japanese rice wine (mirin); – 1 tablespoon of honey; – 1 tablespoon of sesame oil; – 7 salt spoons of sesame; – 1 tablespoon of olive oil; – 1 teaspoon of Japanese horseradish wasabi.
