Scrubs prepared according to home recipes can be used immediately or stored in a jar in the fridge. If the composition contains sea salt, do not use them on delicate facial skin, which can be easily injured, or on sensitive skin. Do not use this form of body care in case of irritation on the skin, or just before sunbathing.

Mint scrub for smooth feet

Thoroughly mix 1 cup of sea salt, 1/XNUMX cup of olive oil, XNUMX tablespoon of mint leaves and a little peppermint oil.

Tasty banana scrub

Mash a ripe banana with a fork. Add 1-2 drops of vanilla extract and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to the resulting mush.

Cinnamon lip scrub

Mix coconut oil with white sugar in a 1:1 ratio. After adding half a teaspoon of cinnamon, spread it on your lips. After washing off, the lips will gain a nice color and smoothness.

Mix together 2 tablespoons of ground coffee, cocoa and a teaspoon of boiling water. Add a teaspoon of milk or cream and 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the resulting mass.
