- Cranberry cocktail – mix together: a handful of cranberries, a cup of natural yoghurt (light), at the end add a bit of honey (if it is not sweet enough), crushed ice and decorate the drink with lime. Cranberry is a wealth of fiber, vitamins: B1, B2, C, it also has many minerals and antioxidants. In addition, it is low in calories, in 100 grams we will find only 50 kcal.
- Cocktail with currant and blueberry – mix: pomegranate juice, lime juice, 2 teaspoons of blueberries, 2 teaspoons of currants. Berries have laxative properties, making them a way to detox the body. They will also help to remove cellulite. In addition, they contain fiber, antioxidants, many vitamins and natural mineral compounds. 100 grams of such berries are only 60 kcal.
- Cocktail with orange and grapefruit – squeeze grapefruit and orange juice, then mix with a teaspoon of honey. Grapefruit is your ally in weight loss because it slows down the absorption of nutrients from food, which is why it keeps you feeling full for a long time. What’s more, it has only 36kcal, and oranges 47kcal.
- Cocktail with avocado – mix avocado cut into pieces with 200 ml of yoghurt – preferably light, parsley leaves, a handful of bran and a spoonful of lemon juice. 100 grams of avocado is 160 kcal, it also contains unsaturated fatty acids that increase good cholesterol and lower bad cholesterol.
- Celery cocktail – wash, peel and finely chop 2 kiwis and a stalk of celery. Then mix them in a blender, add half a glass of cold water and a tablespoon of honey. You can garnish your cocktail with a celery leaf. There are only 100kcal in 13g of celery. It contains vitamins A and C, slows down the aging process and purifies the blood.
