A weekend in the Swedish capital attracts more and more people who have already managed to tan on the warm sea and now want new sensations, northern dishes and the opportunity to just walk around the city, which is like a sleeping stone giant lying in the middle of the water. Here the bridges cut through the space with rays and from all sides you can see the proud northern country, which has always known that the winters are long, so the products of the summer were treated with great respect. Cold cuts, spicy sausages, rolls, meat meatballs and all sorts of sandwiches as snacks-the buffet is truly not easy.

Both meat and fish are mainly served with boiled vegetables as a side dish. Swedes love the combination of sweet berry jam with meat dishes, so lingonberry jam often serves as an addition to the side dish of the main dish.
