Day 1
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.

Dinner: fried in olive oil or boiled fish, 200-250 g.
Day 2
Breakfast: black coffee, one crouton of rye bread or bran bread.
Lunch: fried or boiled fish, fresh vegetable salad (cucumbers, radishes, daikon radish, herbs, tomatoes – optional), cabbage with vegetable oil.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled beef, a glass of kefir.
Day 3
Breakfast: black coffee, croutons.
Lunch: 1 large zucchini, fried in slices in vegetable (olive) oil.
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 200 g of boiled beef, fresh cabbage salad with olive oil.
Day 4
Breakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: 1 raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots with vegetable oil, 15 g of hard cheese. You can eat two carrots just like that, and cut one into thin strips, mix with grated cheese and pour over with olive oil.
Dinner: Almost any fruit other than banana and grapes (they are too sweet).
Day 5
Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon juice. You can grate it, chop it, or eat half of the carrots just like that.
Lunch: fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: fruits, except for banana and grapes.
Day 6
Breakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: half a small boiled chicken without skin and fat, salad with fresh cabbage or carrots.
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, about 200 g of raw carrots mixed with vegetable oil.
Day 7
Breakfast: green or herbal tea without sugar.
Lunch: 200 grams of boiled beef, some fruit.
Dinner: Any of the past week’s Japanese Diet dinner options, excluding the option offered for dinner on the third day.
Day 8
Breakfast: black coffee.
Lunch: half a small boiled chicken without skin and fat, salad with fresh cabbage or carrots.
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, about 200 g of raw carrots mixed with vegetable oil.
Day 9
Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon juice.
Lunch: a piece of large fish (about 250-300 g), fried or boiled, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: fruit.
