A very nutritious, tasty and light salad is a salad with carrots, cabbage, beets and apples. Just grate them, mix together, salt to taste, and season with either olive oil or low-fat yogurt. You can also add some of your favorite chopped nuts to this salad. Such a dish is a storehouse of vitamins.

Greek salad is also on the list of light dietary meals. Tear a few lettuce sheets into a plate, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, cucumbers cut into cubes, bell peppers (in about equal proportions), onions and olives. Season with coarse black pepper and salt to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with olive oil.

Another simple diet salad can be made with radishes, Chinese cabbage, and cucumbers. Chop these ingredients, salt and season with a little low-fat yogurt.

Peking cabbage and shrimp salad

For cooking, you will need: – boiled and peeled shrimp – 350 g; – Chinese cabbage – ½ head of cabbage; – lemon – 1/3 pcs; – olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons; – parsley, salt and black pepper – to taste.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, shake it off and dry it. Chop it coarsely and transfer to a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with olive oil. You can substitute low-fat yogurt for the last two ingredients in this recipe, if desired.

Original salad with feta cheese and tomatoes

You will need: – feta cheese – 150 g; – tomatoes – 2 pcs; – parsley – ½ bunch; – low-fat yogurt – to taste.

Cut the cheese into small cubes, the tomatoes into slices, and coarsely chop the parsley. Season with low fat yogurt. This salad is useful for those who suffer from diabetes and obesity.

French green salad

For cooking you will need: – arugula; – romaine salad; – watercress; – mung bean salad; – Mitsuna salad; – cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs; – lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoons; – salt to taste; – olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons; – ground white pepper; – oregano.

In a bowl, combine a small amount of all the salad types listed, and add the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped oregano. Season with white pepper, salt to taste, drizzle with lemon juice and season with olive oil. Stir a little and serve.
