The basic principle of the diet is to increase the amount of protein foods in the diet while cutting back on carbohydrate foods. Weight goes away, but the muscles do not collapse, the skin does not lose elasticity, which is possible due to sufficient intake of protein in the body. This diet is suitable not only for healthy people, but also for patients with diabetes and prediabetes.
The body receives less carbohydrates from food and begins to draw on their own reserves, namely, from body fat.
The diet menu is designed in such a way that it allows you to start the chemical reactions necessary for weight loss in the body. Therefore, the food package cannot be changed.
The diet should last one, two or four weeks. To get a tangible result, you should complete the full course, which is exactly 4 weeks. If the desired effect is not achieved, then you can increase the duration of the diet. To do this, continue to eat on the menu of the first, and then the fourth week. If you turn to the reviews, then in 4 weeks you can lose up to 20 kg of excess weight.
The Osama Hamdiy diet can be implemented in two versions:
Egg diet, when the main source of protein is a chicken egg, chicken meat, fish and seafood.

The chemical diet of Osama Hamdiy involves the observance of a number of rules:
The menu is based on the following products: cottage cheese, chicken eggs, low-fat meat and fish.
The diet should be supplemented with citrus fruits, which accelerate metabolic processes and accelerate the process of burning fat. For the same purpose, spices are used during cooking: basil, cinnamon, garlic, onion, paprika, cardamom, parsley, cloves, dill.
Drink at least 2,5 liters of fluid per day. In addition to water, it is allowed to drink herbal teas, mineral water without gas, rosehip broth. You should not drink immediately after eating. You need to wait at least half an hour.
At one meal, you can eat one type of fruit or vegetable. They can be cooked or consumed in their pure form. If a vegetable salad is being prepared, then it is not seasoned with vegetable oil.
When the recommendations for the menu do not clearly indicate the volume of portions eaten, you can eat until satiety occurs. But you shouldn’t overeat.
During the heat treatment of products, vegetable oil should not be added to them.
Dishes can be lightly flavored with salt. If this is not enough, then spices are added to them.
In order not to suffer from a feeling of hunger, it is permissible to arrange snacks for yourself. They can be represented by fruits or vegetables that are on the list of allowed foods.
You must strictly adhere to the menu, you cannot change products at your discretion. It is permissible to replace some product, but it is forbidden to completely refuse it.

The right way out of the diet
Before you start a diet, you should cleanse the body in advance. To do this, 1-2 days before the start, it is necessary to refuse to eat fatty and fried foods, pickles, smoked foods, flour products. Allowed Products
Eggs during the diet should not be boiled until fully cooked. Soft-boiled eggs are better digested. You can also eat chicken breast, low-fat fish, low-fat red meat. If a person has an individual intolerance to chicken eggs, then you can replace them with cottage cheese. The fat content of this product should not exceed 1-1,5%.
Grapefruit and orange are products that must be present on the table of losing weight without fail. Also from fruits you can eat: apples, kiwi, apricots, pears, peaches, tangerines, plums, melons, pineapples.
Vegetables in the diet table are of no small importance. The menu allows eating vegetables such as: tomatoes, asparagus, cucumbers, spinach, onions, zucchini, squash, leeks, shallots, eggplants, sweet peppers, carrots, garlic, green peas, cabbage (with the exception of cauliflower cabbage). Vegetables are baked, stewed, boiled, eaten raw.
Permissible drinks: herbal decoctions, green tea, rosehip decoction, still mineral water, warm boiled water.

Diet Menu Osama Hamdiy
The diet is made up of products that are included in the list of permitted. The last meal should take place no later than three hours before the night’s rest. There are three main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have small snacks between them. The main thing is to use the right products for this purpose. For example, you can satisfy your hunger with carrots or lettuce leaves.
Breakfast every morning you need 2 boiled eggs. They can be cooked hard-boiled or soft-boiled. Be sure to eat one citrus in the morning. In no case should you refuse the morning meal.
If a person has chosen a cottage cheese diet option, then two eggs that should be eaten in the morning are replaced with 1% fat cottage cheese. A serving should be equal to 200 g.
