The effectiveness of the diet was confirmed in front of the large audience of the TNT TV channel, when Inna acquired irresistible forms within four months, losing weight by almost 40 kg.
Weight loss is steady and even with long dieting times. In the author’s version, the duration was about 4 months.
Diet does little to change your eating habits – in fact, only one major restriction on food after 6 pm.
