Fast carbohydrates are also among them. They not only slow down the metabolic process, but also reduce immunity.

Nutrition and premature old age – what is the connection?
It has been proven that improper diet or diet can trigger the aging process of the body. The fact is that foods not only supply us with energy and building materials in the form of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and vitamins. Food can either acidify or alkalize the body1.
When there are a lot of acids, acidification of the internal environment of the body occurs, chronic inflammation in the tissues begins. These processes are the main causes of aging. It happens in the following way. With acidification of the intercellular space, the intracellular functions of the cell begin to decline. The cell dies or the functionality of its work decreases. In the context of the whole organism, cell dysfunction means aging of the organism.
Acidification leads to another result that brings aging closer. The work of mitochondria – cell organelles – is disrupted. They are rightfully considered natural energy accumulators for humans, supplying us with energy through oxygen breathing. Mitochondria begin to switch to an economical metabolic pathway. As a result, little energy is produced, detoxification processes suffer. The intercellular space is oxidized even more and becomes clogged.
Dangerous products
Diet can have a significant impact on the body. Correctly selected – to rejuvenate, otherwise – to age. Let’s list the products that are best to refuse.
Simple carbohydrates. Abuse of foods such as sugar, baked goods, and various sweets. With an excess of carbohydrates, mitochondria switch to another type of metabolism – this leads to acidification around the cell. The acid builds up in tissues, causing chronic inflammation. In this case, a spasm of microvessels occurs. Less oxygen and nutrients begin to enter the tissue, all this further aggravates hypoxia. The cell becomes “sluggish and incapacitated.” Then we can talk about the development of premature aging of the body.
Studies have confirmed that foods with simple carbohydrates can reduce the body’s immune defenses by 6% within 50 hours.
Excess fruit intake… The increased content of fructose leads to an increase in insulin load, the body becomes acidic. This is another reason, not obvious to many, why premature aging of the body can occur.
Insufficient water intake. Water scarcity in food and between meals triggers the detoxification process. The cells are not washed away, there is an accumulation of toxins. Against the background of chronic inflammation and intoxication, the cell begins to turn into an aging (sinuscent) one. As these cells accumulate in the body, the aging process accelerates.
What is the best time to eat?
The timing of food intake certainly has an impact on premature aging as well. The intervals should be at least 4 hours, and preferably 4–6 hours. With certain genetics, breaks of up to 7 hours may be considered optimal. You can use a genetic test to determine the optimal interval between meals to achieve healthy longevity.
Snacking can trigger an increase in insulin and blood glucose levels. In the absence of long breaks in food (when a person constantly eats something), insulin will keep in the blood at a high level. Insulin resistance will develop. This provokes the development of diabetes mellitus – it is this disease that is associated with premature aging. The body is aging as a whole and at the cell level.
Terms of supply
Every person with age should switch to more alkaline food… Such a diet is dominated by vegetables, they can be in any form – raw, boiled, stewed. Ideally, if their volume per day reaches a kilogram. It is useful to combine vegetables.
When receiving use vegetable oil Containing omega-3 fats, they are the elixir of youth. But the consumption of omega-6, which is found mainly in animal fats, should be reduced.
White meat from proteins is considered ideal. As they get older, a person should reduce red meat in their diet. You can leave it no more than once every 7 days.
With age you need give up excess cheese, milk, cottage cheese.
Ideally, a variety of vegetables and cereals should be presented in the diet, they have a beneficial effect on the intestinal microbiota. But the intestines are 70% of the health of the human immune system.
