Julia Vysotskaya’s advice

She doesn’t have a specific weight loss plan. It acts according to the situation – when it is a sport, when a diet, when separate meals. And sometimes he arranges for himself a feast of the belly and gorges “from the belly.” The main thing is the presence of energy.

We’ll have to disappoint those who want to get everything without doing anything (that is, lazy people). Unfortunately, you can’t do without daily training. Exercising in the morning is a must! You can replace it with walking up the stairs, running, exercising – whatever, but you need to do it.

As for food, Julia eats a little bit of everything, but breakfast should be rich. You can’t eat light breakfast, for example, milk and cereal or one yogurt. Complex carbohydrates and proteins should be present in every breakfast.

For example, for breakfast, buckwheat porridge, a soft-boiled egg, or an omelet with rye flour bread, or porridge with cottage cheese are suitable.

For lunch and dinner, it is customary for Julia’s family to eat protein and vegetables, for example, meat, fish, cottage cheese. But sometimes she’s satisfied with tasty deviations from these rules. By the way, Julia does not use purchased mayonnaise, but makes it herself, preferring natural products.

As for low-fat cottage cheese, Julia advises eating it in the form of cheese cakes, casseroles and other dishes. However, if you did not manage to get up early in the morning and make something of a kind from low-fat cottage cheese, then it is better to eat a couple of tablespoons of normal cottage cheese than half a packet of low-fat cottage cheese.

The fat in the product should be looked at in cases where there are problems with excess weight and the amount of bad cholesterol. If everything is in order, then it is better to follow the portion size than the type of product.

The liquid in her house is sacred. Two liters of drinking water are drunk daily, herbal teas (nettle, chamomile, rose hips, ginger with honey) are preferred.

Julia has a positive attitude towards honey, but advises to be careful with it. Eating one to two hundred grams daily, you run the risk of increasing insulin levels, as a result of which you get fat. The same story is repeated with dried fruits.

Julia also loves not entirely healthy products such as cheese, pastries, croissants, but not for every day. After all, then the charm of these products is lost if they are eaten daily.

The main advice: move more and drink plenty of clean water (1,5-2 liters per day). Pure water heals!
