One of the heroines of the Dom-2 project, Inna Volovicheva, attracted the attention of viewers not so much by her behavior as by how she managed to lose weight. Volovicheva lost weight before her eyes, clearly proving by her example that in order to obtain the desired figure, you just need to want it and make some effort.

Inna Volovicheva’s diet: basic principles

This diet is good because it does not require any special products or knowledge, and therefore is available to everyone. The Volovicheva diet is based on the principles of healthy nutrition in combination with limiting its calorie content.

The diet itself is divided into three phases:

  • preparatory, during which you need to gradually transfer the body to smaller portions of food
  • direct diet with restriction of oneself in nutrition
  • smooth exit from it, allowing you to maintain the achieved results

Diet restrictions are assumed to be similar to those that are typical for a healthy diet, that is, everything fatty, flour and sweet

The advantage of the diet is that the menu must be composed independently, focusing on the fact that the calorie content of the daily portion of food does not exceed the corridor of 1200 units.

For breakfast, it is allowed to eat a small portion of porridge or muesli in water without sugar. Serving size should not exceed a couple of spoons. Boiled fish or meat with a small amount of fresh or stewed vegetables are acceptable for lunch. The only allowed salad dressing is vegetable oil. Dinner relies on a portion of cottage cheese or yogurt and fruit. Instead of fruits, you can eat some vegetables and a boiled egg, that is, the principle of the presence of both proteins and vegetable carbohydrates in the menu is observed. You can choose any of the latter, but the more carbohydrates they contain, the smaller the serving size should be. Therefore, it is still preferable to eat a couple of apples or oranges than one small banana. This rule also applies to vegetables: the minimum part of the plate is allocated to the share of starchy potatoes and legumes.

In addition to the absence of sugar, salt is also prohibited, which holds water in cells and contributes to edema.

Effectiveness and results

The duration of the diet depends on the amount of excess weight that you want to get rid of. If it is not enough, then one week is enough, during which you can lose weight up to 3 kg. The most intensive weight loss occurs in the first 10 days, after which a plateau effect is observed, when the body gets used to new conditions for itself and ceases to part with kilograms. During this period, it is necessary either to additionally reduce the diet by another 100 calories, or to introduce physical activity. In the future, you can adhere to the diet for an unlimited amount of time, since it has no contraindications to use.
