Couldn’t resist and still overeat for the night? Don’t berate yourself. To get in shape, have a cultural meal day. On this day, you should have three main meals and two intermediate meals. If you can’t stick to this schedule, follow the alternate method and try to eat small meals every two hours.

Menu for the day: 150-200 grams of chicken breast or lean fish. Baked apple, salad mix with low-fat yogurt dressing, sour cream, one tablespoon of olive or canola oil.

Menu for the evening: take 150 grams of chanterelles, champignons, porcini mushrooms or oyster mushrooms and bake them with cheese. Mushrooms practically do not contain fats, and cheese contains tryptophan, an essential amino acid, from which our cells synthesize the “hormone of joy” – serotonin. Having dined with mushrooms and cheese, you will kill two birds with one stone – you will be full and improve your mood.

To avoid unpleasant symptoms such as heartburn or indigestion, try not to go to bed immediately after eating. Wait 30 minutes.

Do not fight attacks of hunger using folk methods. Drinking a glass of water with lemon juice before bed is more popular than effective and healthy. Lemon does not relieve hunger, but, on the contrary, stimulates the appetite.

Know: hunger strikes do not help you lose weight. For weight loss, it is recommended to consume no more than 1200 kcal per day and not fall below this figure, otherwise you will not lose weight, but get nervous exhaustion.

For women, the waist should not exceed 75 cm, and for men – 85–90 cm. If your measurements are beyond these figures, it’s time to contact a specialist and start controlling your weight.
