You don’t even need a razor after preparation. All you need is a blender or a blender to enjoy delicious ice cream made of basic ingredients after a few hours. The advantage of hand-made ice cream is not only the possibility of choosing the best quality ingredients. If we are on a diet, it is also a great opportunity to drastically reduce the caloric content of such a dessert and improve its dietary values. What are the ways of doing this:
- Replacing cream with yogurt.
- Reduction or exclusion of the amount of cream.
- Replacing sugar with honey, fructose or possibly sweeteners.
- The use of the natural sweetness of fruit and no additional sweetening.
- The addition of cereals or groats, which are a source of dietary fiber that supports weight loss.

A method of preparing:
1. Boil the milk with the vanilla flavor. Add the bran and a tablespoon of fructose. Heat it up until the bran is swollen and the milk is slightly thickened.
2. Add the egg to the milk, stir for another minute and remove from heat.
3. Add the previously prepared cheese (homo cheese + 2 tablespoons of fructose). Mix everything up.
4. Transfer the mass to 2 glasses and put in the freezer for 4 hours.
5. Stir every hour on average so that no ice crystals are formed.
6. Enjoy your meal!
7. A sweetener may be used in place of fructose.
Quick raspberry ice cream

A method of preparing:
1. Put cherries into a blender, grind very finely.
2. Add a tablespoon of cream, mix.

4. In a second bowl, blend the peaches.
5. Then put one layer of each mousse into the molds.

A method of preparing:
