As snacks between main meals, fresh berries and fruit drinks are good. This is an approximate weekly menu for those suffering from vitiligo, which can be adjusted depending on individual preferences, taking into account useful and harmful foods while dieting.

Diet for vitiligo in complex therapy gives good results. Modern medical science has established that it is a balanced diet, which includes useful substances and trace elements, that can stop and even completely eliminate the main aesthetic manifestations of the disease – white spots.

As a rule, vitiligo entails a number of other diseases associated with the digestive and immune systems. Rational, well-organized nutrition allows you to correct many problems of the body and eliminate shortcomings in the work of basic functions.
