  • 1 point Foods that are somewhat less conducive to weight loss are vegetable juices, but they should be freshly squeezed. They can be assigned 1 point.

  • A sick woman can have a fasting day once a week. At this time, it will be possible to eat only fruits and low-fat dairy products.

  • Minimal physical activity should be a mandatory addition to the diet. However, it is not necessary to perform too complex exercises at the stage of recovery, which will only further weaken the body.

Breakfast options with products for 4 points can be very different. You can choose and combine products from the list of one and three points, or, for example, try to combine two products from those that are assigned two points. Experimentation is allowed, but do not forget about the current restrictions regarding the total volume of the portion.

By the same principle, products are selected for any meal. Count the points, sum them up and try not to exceed the recommended norms. If for some reason a scheduled meal was missed, do not add points to the next meal.

The second stage of the diet has no restrictions on the duration. Weight loss is gradual. Once the desired result is achieved, you can proceed to the final stage.

Nutrition in the third phase

The third phase in case of hormonal failure is no less important than the two previous ones, since it is she who will be responsible for maintaining weight at the desired level. It is enough to choose one meal that is convenient for you and add one point to it. Weight is necessarily controlled, with a decrease it is permissible to add a point to the next reception.
