The #SEKTA Perfect Body School was founded by Olga Marquez, the vocalist of Alai Oli, three years ago, and a branch in Samara opened in September 2014. Now #SEKTA is a team of more than 200 professional trainers, doctors and consultants, including scientists from leading Russian and European institutions, nutritionists, psychologists and athletes.
The school exists to teach people the basics of healthy eating and simple yet effective exercise. To change your body, you need to change your habits, so each of the nine weeks of the course, #SEKTA students receive a new assignment that not only accelerates their progress to the result, but also turns out to be “feasible”. The main thing in the system is the formation of a new attitude towards food, new eating behavior, new taste preferences, and a love for physical activity. Nutrition and training complexity are always individual and depend on your goals and health, so we help students adapt them to themselves.
The habit of delicious, healthy food and a toned body are only part of what a #SEKTA graduate gets. Trainings are held in a circle of like-minded people, cheerfully and with a smile, so that after them everyone in the gym is full of energy and hurries to us the next day. During the nine weeks at the School, the students’ focus of perception changes, taking care of themselves and their bodies comes first, and difficulties with nutrition and training turn into joy from feeling strength and health, cheerful mood and love for sports. The main achievement as a result of the course is awareness, which appears instead of the usual actions.
The Samara branch trained both girls and boys, both young mothers and older people, and each of them gets good results, irreplaceable experience and new friends.

To begin with, take 250 g of strawberries and raspberries, two glasses of water for syrup, a little sugar (to taste), 2 g of vanillin. Rinse the berries thoroughly and rub them through a sieve into a beautiful porcelain cup. Pour two glasses of water into a saucepan, add sugar. When the syrup has boiled, we cool it. Pour the resulting syrup into an ice cream mold, add the berry puree there. Then add vanillin and stir gently. And then – in the refrigerator in the cold. After a while, we solemnly take out ice cream and serve it on the table in vases. Note that not a single fashion model will refuse such a dessert. And the taste – you will lick your fingers, and you will keep the figure …
… You remembered your mother’s cakes and are sad. On a visit, why not go to her? However, it’s evening, it’s already late, and I really want to try a piece of delicious cake! And therefore, for those who are awake and craving for a sweet dessert with night tea, we offer an unusual dietary recipe. To accomplish a culinary miracle (without mom’s advice), we take 200 ml of cream (35%), 500 ml of yogurt, 100 g of cookies, a little water and two tablespoons of gelatin. Pour gelatin with warm water, whisk the cream in a mixer. Then we add yogurt and a little later – the swollen gelatin. Pour the mixed mixture into a mold, sprinkle with chopped cookies on top. Twenty minutes in the freezer and your cake is ready. Believe me, this dietary dessert will be no worse than your mother’s: tasty, healthy – and no consequences for your figure.
They say that poetesses and romantic people adore this dessert. He awakens high feelings, hot hearts and gives an extraordinary surge of creative strength.
It takes very little to make yourself a memorable dinner. To begin with, take two medium bananas, 300 g of canned tangerines, two large oranges, a little fat-free cottage cheese and cinnamon (to taste). Cut oranges and bananas into slices. Then we take a deep frying pan and place fruits on its bottom, sprinkle everything with tangerine juice. Stir the mixture over low heat, add cinnamon and wait until the juice boils away. It remains only to dilute the salad with low-fat cottage cheese. And then, with a light poetic mood, start your dinner.
This dessert is distinguished by its original simplicity – and you can whip it up.
Three large fresh pears, 30 g of fresh cranberries, three grams of vanillin, a little powdered sugar – these are all the ingredients of our recipe. We cut the pears into halves, be sure to remove the core. Throw cranberries into the resulting hole, sprinkle with vanilla. Place in a preheated oven for exactly thirty minutes. Sprinkle the finished dessert with icing sugar. The taste, as Arkady Raikin used to say in his famous reprise, is specific.
This dessert is versatile. And it is very useful for women of fashion who are jealous of their figure, always trying to be in good shape.
To prepare it, we need low-fat cottage cheese (500 g), one egg, vanillin, half a cup of rolled oats, five medium apples, a little sugar and salt.
Mix all ingredients carefully. Then grease the pan with oil and sprinkle with rolled oats. Put the resulting mixture in a frying pan and place in a preheated oven. We bake it until golden brown. And then we serve the curd casserole to the table.
