The acid-base balance does not remain constant for 24 hours: it is neutral early in the morning and in the middle of the day, alkalization occurs in the body in the first half of the day, acidification occurs in the second. Therefore, in the first half of the day, you should definitely have a hearty breakfast and not skip lunch, and in the second, eat low-calorie foods for dinner and stop all sorts of snacks, at least 3-4 hours before going to bed.
The only condition that you must strictly adhere to: do not force the body to starve, no matter how much you want to speed up the process of losing weight. This will turn against you: sensing the possibility of hunger, the body immediately begins to rebuild its work and changes the hormonal balance in order to start stocking up and avoid starvation, because it does not know that you do not want this either. Therefore, always keep an apple, a couple of apricots or a slice of low-fat cheese on hand so that your body is calm about its food supply.
