How to cook a “Diet Cole Slow” dish»
Chop the cabbage very thinly.
Cut the carrots so that they are the size of cabbage (i.e. just as thin).
Cut the apple in the same way as the vegetables mentioned above.
Cut the red onion into half rings, thinly.
Mix everything in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, make a sauce of sour cream, salt, mustard.
Pour the lemon juice over the salad and mix.
Add the dressing, mix again.
Garnish with a sprig of your favorite greens and serve.
