What is the Konrad Gacy diet?

Konrad Gacy’s diet is a three-stage metabolism booster. The first stage is the time of motivation consisting in working on the willingness to lose weight and creating an effective motivational program. The second stage is the period of proper work, i.e. the implementation of an individual diet plan. The last stage is designed to preserve the achieved results and is called the period of leaving the diet.

Incentive period

The incentive period must last a month and is necessary for positive results. At this stage, you can lose 7 to 12 kilograms with an overweight of about 30, 40 kg. Accurate and diligent adherence to the diet assumptions allows you to get rid of a really large amount of excess weight, which has already been confirmed by about 14 people.

The working period

This period is the process of proper weight loss. It has been divided into 14-day cycles, during which the slimming person strictly follows the nutritional plan created for them. This time is also supported by physical exercises and ends with a consultation with a specialist, discussion of the results so far and arranging the menu for the next 2 weeks.

Period of withdrawal from the diet

The period of withdrawal from the diet is planned for 3 months. It is supposed to cause a person who has already got rid of unnecessary kilograms to avoid the yo-yo effect. This is a very important part of the whole nutritional training. It is supposed to lead to a change in thinking about food, teach healthy eating, encourage physical effort and get the body used to eating more than when losing weight. It is also still a time to lose weight.
