Diclac Lipogel is a preparation affecting the musculoskeletal system, with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Diclac gel is available without a prescription.

Diclac Lipogel – indications for the use of the preparation
Diclac is used to treat the local effects of inflammation, pain and swelling in the limbs, joints, and soft tissues. The active substance of the drug is diclofenac – a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. 1 g of gel contains 10 mg of diclofenac sodium.
Always use the medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Dosage: the preparation is applied directly to the sore spot three to four times a day. Diclac Lipogel is not recommended for use under airtight dressings.
Diclac Lipogel and contraindications and warnings
Contraindications to the use of the drug are:
- hypersensitivity to diclofenac, acetylsalicylic acid, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or any component of the preparation,
- III trimester of pregnancy,
- do not use the preparation in children.
Warnings:
- The preparation is intended for external use only, for use on the skin.
- Avoid contact of the preparation with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on damaged skin.
- If the symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days of using the preparation, a medical consultation is recommended.
- Systemic side effects may occur in case of prolonged use or application to large areas of the skin.
- It is not recommended for use in women in the first and second trimester of pregnancy; in the third trimester of pregnancy, the use of the preparation is contraindicated. Women in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy may use the preparation only after consulting a doctor and only if absolutely necessary.
- Before using the preparation during breastfeeding, consult a doctor; during this period, the preparation should not be used on large areas of the skin or for more than 1 week.
Side effects:
- mild and transient skin symptoms at the application site (rash, eczema, erythema, dermatitis [including contact dermatitis]);
- very rare: lumpy rash, hypersensitivity, angioedema, asthma, photosensitivity reactions.
