«Well, I do not know! I can’t do it… No, I can’t! They are great, but I’m not capable of this! — have you heard that? These are the phrases of people who do not believe in themselves and in their abilities. So that you believe in your abilities and yourself, start keeping your diary of success.
Your Progress Diary can do two things. The first is to give rise to a feeling of joy and a mood of victory, a feeling of “I’m doing well”, to strengthen your faith in yourself: “I am successful and can be successful, that for any big task I have everything to successfully move towards it.” Its other task is to remind you of your capabilities and resources, so that you have not only the mood of victory, but also the firm knowledge: “I can do this, this and that. I can!».
This exercise is called the Diary of Success, but here it will be appropriate to write down not only your successes, but everything that gives you confidence in your strengths and capabilities. Will knowing your strengths and best qualities help you with this? So, remind yourself of your virtues, of your best qualities and strengths.

Analysis of the day. Every hour, answer the following questions to yourself (think of this as OHR):
- My successes, big and small. (Success is what I have achieved myself)
- My good luck (Luck is what life gave me)

- The best of my qualities that I have shown over the past hour. (At least how many?).
In addition, the following questions are recommended for the same topic: “Whom did I please today?”, “What new things did I create today?”, “What opportunities did I use today?”, “Who and for what can I thank today?” and “Who benefited?”.
Analysis of my life. Looking at my life, I can (this is also ORM):
- Every day, name 10 of my new strengths, physical and mental abilities that contribute to my success,
- Events in my life that I am proud of.
- List relatives and friends who respect me and will always help me,
- The material resources and life opportunities that I have that will help me move forward,
By the end of the exercise, write an essay on an advertising plan that represents you as one of the most promising and very successful people in the future.

How many merit do you have?
Everyone can write 10 of their virtues. Another 10 advantages — also almost everything. But writing 10 of your new virtues every day is difficult, and usually on the third or fourth day many people have a crisis: “I wrote everything, I don’t have any more virtues!”. Do not give up! On the contrary, start setting even more serious tasks: write 10 of your new virtues every hour! And soon enlightenment will descend on you, and you will go into a mode where you can talk about your strengths and virtues almost without interruption. Just ask: “How much time do you have for my story?” — and go!
How to talk about your successes, strengths and virtues.
It is difficult to say what is more important — WHAT to tell or HOW to tell. If you’ve been writing down your successes with a miserable face, painfully squeezing them out of your memory, you won’t want to read about them later. If you read your virtues with sad eyes and dreary intonations, this reading will not bring you joy. All this exercise should be done in the mode of rest, joy, play, with a satisfied face and joyful intonations.
DISTANTS WRITE
When I first read “write 10 virtues a day,” I decided for some reason that you need to write exactly 10 qualities. This provoked an inner protest in me. I immediately thought that the name of the qualities is a limited number of words. And writing 10 new ones every day will not work. Just because sooner or later the adjectives will end. But only this time I realized that dignity is not only quality. It is also about what I can do, what I can, what I have. And this already significantly expands the range of information that can be written in these paragraphs. With this approach, looking for 10 virtues is only a matter of one’s own attentiveness and the ability to see the good in oneself.
Despite the fact that I spent about 8-10 minutes every hour writing successes and good luck, my efficiency increased. I have done all the tasks marked as important. It was definitely the most effective and conscious day in the last couple of years.
I realized the benefits of planning and self-monitoring in an hourly format. Motor activity on this day increased by 2 times compared to other days spent in the office.
