Summer is the right time to tone your body. If you are determined to lose weight, be sure to read the recommendations!

We say “healthy body” – we mean “beautiful body”. But at the same time, a beautiful body may not correlate with health in any way! Surely among your friends there are young slender girls with good abs, who at the same time look tired and embittered due to endless diets. The question is: how long can you last like this? How long can you live in fear that if you miss a workout, you will immediately gain a couple of kilograms? If you do not pay attention to the obvious signs of overtraining (chronic fatigue, restless sleep, insomnia, headaches, uncontrolled appetite, or, conversely, a complete lack of appetite), continue to exhaust yourself 6-7 workouts per week, then sooner or later you will hit the wall … At one point, you will “break down” physically: it may be a chronic illness or an injury that will make itself felt. Or “break down” morally because of chronic fatigue, when a beautiful body is not a joy. It turns out a paradoxical situation: you train for beauty and health, but it turns out the other way around.

What to do if everything has already started (your periods have disappeared, even with a strict diet you cannot lose weight, you already have all the symptoms of overtraining) or the first symptoms have appeared? To begin with, you need a full-fledged diagnosis. It is very important to undergo a comprehensive examination. This pleasure is usually not cheap, but it is better to give up trying to solve your health problems on your own and trust specialists.

So, what tests should you get first?

A complete blood count reflects the general condition of the body. We carefully look if there is a lack of hemoglobin or red blood cells. If there is inflammation or a decrease in hemoglobin, then a doctor’s intervention is necessary. If the indicators are within normal limits, but closer to the upper or lower limit, this may be the first bell.

In a general blood test, pay attention to the following indicators:

  • Hemoglobin (HGB) – carries oxygen from the lungs to the organs and tissues of the body. Low hemoglobin indicates anemia (anemia).
  • Erythrocytes (RBC, “red blood cells”) are blood elements that contain hemoglobin. A decrease in the number of red blood cells indicates anemia (anemia).
  • The color index is an indicator of the degree of saturation of erythrocytes with hemoglobin.
  • Platelets (PLT) – are involved in the blood clotting process. A decrease in the number of platelets indicates poor blood clotting. A natural decrease in platelet levels is noted during menstruation and during pregnancy, and an increase after physical exertion.
  • ESR – erythrocyte sedimentation rate. An increase in ESR indicates inflammation, acute infection, or poisoning.
  • Leukocytes (WBC, “white blood cells”) – are responsible for neutralization and cellular immunity from viruses and bacteria. An increase in the number of leukocytes is a sign of an inflammatory process.
  • Eosinophils (eosinophilic granulocytes) are a type of white blood cell. An increase in the content of eosinophils may indicate allergic diseases, the presence of worms.
  • Lymphocytes are cells of the immune system, a type of white blood cell. Responsible for acquired immunity.

Blood glucose is another important indicator. The fact is that the work of many human organs depends on the amount of sugar contained in the blood.

Normally, in a healthy person in the blood from a finger, the fasting sugar level is 3,3-5,5 mmol / l. In blood plasma taken from a vein, the norm is 4,0-6,1 mmol / l. In addition to a fasting blood test, a blood sugar test is required after a meal in 2 hours. This analysis will show how the glucose of the eaten food is absorbed. Since there are conditions in which fasting blood sugar is normal, and 2 hours after eating it is increased and vice versa. In a healthy person, blood sugar after 2 hours does not rise above 7,8 mmol / l both in venous blood and in capillary blood.

Analysis for minerals and vitamins

It is important to do a full screen here: copper (Cu), selenium (Se), zinc (Zn), thallium (Tl), cobalt (Co), zinc (Zn), selenium (Se), molybdenum (Mo), arsenic (As) , copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), gold (Au); blood: cadmium (Cd), manganese (Mn), mercury (Hg), lead (Pb). You can donate blood, or you can screen the elemental composition of the hair (40 microelements). It is also a good idea to do a separate test for vitamin D: its deficiency in the body can lead to an increase in body fat. At the same time, increased levels of vitamin D can slow down adipogenesis, a process that involves the development of pregrown cells and the accumulation of lipids. It should not be forgotten that excess vitamin D can have toxic effects on the body. Overdose causes hypercalcemia (an increase in the level of calcium in the blood) and also leads to renal failure.

If you have problems in a certain area, then be sure to visit a specific specialist – let him appoint the necessary examinations. It is best to seek a doctor’s advice. It’s no secret that the life of an adult is often associated with stressful situations, to which the thyroid gland first of all reacts in our body. Determination of the content of the hormone TSH in the blood will allow you to control the functional activity of the gland and prevent the occurrence of pathological processes.

With the help of many laboratory tests, it is possible to assess the general condition of the body, the functional activity of organs and tissues, and much more. All these studies can be carried out in the laboratories of the KDL company using high-quality equipment and instruments. If you want to be 100% sure of your health, contact the network of laboratories “KDL Range” – it is here that you can pass all the necessary tests that will show what exactly you need to pay attention to. By the way, the material collection will not take you much time, and the friendly staff of the KDL Range will do everything as painlessly as possible and in the shortest possible time.
