Flowers can grow in a sunny area or in partial shade. In order for tulips to retain the maternal characteristics of the variety, they need to be provided with favorable living conditions.

Sandy or loamy soil pH = 6,5-7,5 is suitable for planting varieties “Pink”. Fertilize the ground in advance, 1 sq. m of the plot, add 10-15 kg of compost or rotted manure.

Landing rules:

  • plant the bulbs in late September – early October, when the soil temperature reaches 9-10 ° C;
  • keep the distance between plants 10-20 cm;
  • bury the bulbs into the ground to a depth of 10-14 cm, do not plant small ones deeper than 5-8 cm, otherwise they will not sprout.

To decorate a flower bed beautifully, arrange tulips in groups of 15-20 pieces each. Change the place for planting flowers every 4-5 years. For the winter, it is advisable to mulch the area where young bulbs are planted with peat.
