Dernilan is a medicine in the form of an ointment or cream used to care for the skin of the hands and feet in the case of painful cracks in the thickened, calloused epidermis.

Action of Dernilan
The active substances contained in Dernilan have a healing, regenerating and anti-inflammatory effect. Allantoin relieves pain and softens callous epidermis, while other ingredients help to remove it and heal painful wounds resulting from deep cracks in calloused skin. The combination of salicylic acid and camphor soothes sore feet and the skin of the hands and softens the epidermis. Dernilan can also be used prophylactically in the care of the skin of the hands and feet to prevent thickening of the skin in these areas. How to use Dernilan ointment? Dernilan should be used after consulting a doctor and according to his recommendations. Unless your doctor prescribes a different dosage, Dernilan is most commonly used 3 to 4 times a day. The ointment should be massaged into the skin of previously washed feet and hands.
