The quickest way to make hot sandwiches is to make toast in a special appliance and add the appropriate ingredients to them. If you love to pamper yourself with toasted bread, be sure to get a toaster. Then, to make a quick breakfast, you just need to grease the prepared hot slices of bread with butter, put on each piece of cheese and a round of raw tomato and hold in the microwave for a minute.

Even an inexperienced housewife will be able to create branded non-trivial recipes for cold and hot sandwiches; it is enough to conduct an audit in the refrigerator. So, toasts with olives or red fish will be a great snack.

Collect the following set of products:

  • toast (250-300 g)
  • hard boiled egg (1 pc.)
  • onion
  • olives (to taste)
  • olive oil (50 g)
  • salt and pepper optional

Grind (pitted) olives until puree, mix with chopped egg and olive oil. Brush the toast with the mixture, place thin onion half rings on top. Extra pepper and salt can be added to taste. Sandwiches can be served hot, warm or cold.

Any baked goods can be loaded into the toaster. However, the best choice is a special toast bread, the porosity and thin crust of which allows the slices to quickly and evenly fry. It usually does not require slicing

For red fish toast, cut lightly salted fillets into equal-sized slices. In a separate bowl, combine softened butter with freshly squeezed citrus juice (lime, lemon) and chopped herbs. Salt the sandwich mixture, spread on bread and garnish with fish and lemon slices. Toasts can already be eaten, but to enhance the taste and aroma, they can be kept in the oven for 15 minutes before serving.

How to toast bread without a toaster

If you don’t have a toaster in your home, a simple cast-iron skillet can help you prepare a simple and hearty dish. Start by cutting a standard loaf of wheat bread into equal pieces, then dividing them in half. You can make great sandwiches: cover one slice of bread with a thin slice of cheese and a piece of butter, and put the other on top.

For three toast sandwiches (which will take 6 slices of bread), you need a minimum of food:

  • butter (2-3 teaspoons)
  • processed cheese for toast (3 plates)
  • sunflower oil (1 tablespoon)

Pour vegetable oil into a very hot cast iron skillet, place toast on the bottom and press down with a dish with a suitable weight. After 3 minutes, turn the toasted bread over to the other side and repeat the manipulation with the oppression. In this manner, you can prepare a variety of double sandwiches, adding to them rings of tomatoes and onions, ham, different varieties of cheese and hard-boiled eggs.
