This recipe will take some time to prepare baked goods, but the wait is worth it, since it is impossible to get such fluffy pancakes without yeast. Surely many people know this taste from childhood, when grandmother fried pancakes. This recipe requires: – 11 g of dry yeast (1 small bag); – 500 ml of milk; – 3 cups of flour; – 2 eggs; – 5 g of sugar; – 2 g of salt; – 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil in the dough; – vegetable oil for frying.
Heat the milk to a temperature of about 30 ° C and dissolve the dry yeast in it. Instead of dry yeast, you can use natural yeast, but in this case it will take about 30 g of them, and they need to be dissolved in milk more thoroughly. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Mix the pre-sifted flour with the liquid and knead the dough.
Cover the container in which the dough has been kneaded with a lid or towel and remove to a warm place. If the ambient temperature is too low, the yeast will slow down and the dough will either not rise, or will take a long time to rise. When the dough has doubled in volume, stir it again and let rise again.
